How will the chauffeur identify my car?


Our chauffeur will know your car from the license plate, make, and model registered with us.




What if I don’t see my chauffeur, can I call them? Can I track them?


Of course, you can track your chauffeur from the app as well as call them.




I am running a bit late, can I push my booking?


You can delay your booking at any time as long as a chauffeur has not been assigned. If you delay your booking while a chauffeur is en route you will be charged a cancellation fee.




What other services do you offer?


Not only can we park your car, but we can also get it washed.




What payment modes do you accept?


We only accept payments within the app itself. Payments can be via credit card or your Park It wallet.




Can I see the location of my parked car?


Yes, on the app you can see your car's location in real-time.




Can I request a chauffeur for a guest?


Yes, within the app there is an option to request a chauffeur for your visiting guest.




What if I have more than one car?


Under your profile you can have multiple cars. Just make sure you select the correct car you are driving before confirming your booking.




What is the cost of your service?


Well, that depends on the type of service you require, but on average a user pays AED 30/day.




Do you have packages?


Yes, we do offer monthly packages.




Do you have insurance?


No need to worry, all of our chauffeurs are insured and professionally certified.
